I Attended Lismore Court House 9am tuesday 3rd Oct 2023 in support of Deborah Robinson vs DPP. Deborah being a whistle blower a teacher who did mandatory reporting on child trafficking, child abuse on many levels from numerous rural areas. I attended the BAR in court room 2 with Deborah who requested I attend for medical support person as Deborah has epilepsy. The Crown Protection requested I say my name yet I was forbidden to speak by Judge Preistly and he demanded I sit down and dont speak, therefore Deborah read my introduction. ‘I stand here in Superior Juristiction (and judge interrupted say no just her name) and Deborah continued reading as the judge stood up and left his chair saying ” Ajourned” as Deborah read “as executor and benificiary of this expressed trust. By that time Judge left his post. I instructed the court clerk to strike the matter from the record and discharge this matter. I asked court clerk numerous tumes she said NO , So i turned to the gallery of ppl around 40 ppl and I called for jurors and around 30 men and woman said yes. So I announced a Grand Jury and announced the vote of striking Deborahs case from the record and discharging the matter. It was a complete failure of lawful due process. We got a unanimous YES and I turned to the Court Clerk again asking her to strike this matter from the record and discharge the matter. Court clerk was mouth agasp and did not follow instruction. I announced myself as a Common Law Sheriff and I instructed the Court Sheriffs and newly arriving Police fully armed to “stand down” x 5 .They said I have no jurisdiction here and they continued evaluate the court room. I corrected them and said I have Superior Juristiction as a Common Law Sheriff They evacuated the court room 2 of all in attendance and rounded us out onto the pathway down the street where Deborah collapsed on the pathway and Police and Court Sheriffs saw her lying on the pathway outside. Eventually a frantic Sheriff approached and said the Judge will see you in 3 minutes but only Deborahs family and I were permitted to attend . Deborah required medical care and we left the area. NSW police ussued Facebook warrant stating Deborah Robinson did not attend her court hearing. In fact she did attend. It and Judge Preistly abandoned ship and left his post.
