07/08/2024 | admin@wacommonlaw.au | Update for court page Claimants are advised that as a self representer you are responsible for ensuring that any financial calculations are correct.
WA common Law court and Admin staff cannot sift through your documents for you, looking for information. Note also that at this stage our court and sheriff teams are unable to enforce any verdict delivered by the jury. The jury verdict stands in law for all time and eventually we will have access to our infrastructure and will be able to enforce the verdicts | Completed |
09/08/2024 | admin@wacommonlaw.au | Priority – solution required We have a new court hearing. the claimant has about 50-60 documents to submit as evidence. He is asking for somewhere to upload. i dont want to use pCloud.
He will probably want to access during the hearing to put up on a screen to save printing although some will be printed
any suggestions? Can you change the settings on this so the text doesnt display with each word starting with a capital? | Completed |
10/08/2024 | admin@wacommonlaw.au | Text for SOC form Claimants self-present and are responsible for ensuring that their evidence is documented, and any financial calculations for compensation are reasonable, justified and correctly calculated. WA Common Law Court is staffed by volunteers and does not have the resources to verify and validate your documents for you. To date, claimants are seeking remedy for the violations and harm, serious crimes against the People, caused by individuals within the corporate businesses. Those corporations hold the keys to our buildings and assets, which prevents access by our sheriffs. As we continue to hold them to account, this will change. The jury verdict stands in Law for all time, and eventually we will have access to our infrastructure and will be able to enforce the verdicts. Right now defendants are notified of the verdict and it is publicly gazetted. | Completed |
10/08/2024 | admin@wacommonlaw.au | this is the Peacekeeper Oath/affirmation I, sovereign, free born man/woman, make this Pledge freely, unconditionally and without ulterior motive, according to my honor and liberty, to uphold Rule of Law: All Are Equal Before the Law, do no harm and take responsibility for my actions, in accordance with the Common Law of this land and under authority of the National Sheriffs of Terra Australis. I stand in solidarity with, and defend all who take this pledge. Ill put that on a nice doc…. I think the PK need to be recorded in the website. Perhaps have an account. Be referred by a sheriff or assembly. Complete a form and sign the oath. they can print that if they want to. details are saved in the same format that we have everything else. form details:
name
address
email
mobile
name preference for card
referring sheriff or assembly (how do we confirm that?) then uniform ordering…. | Completed |

15/08/2024 | admin@wacommonlaw.au | Hi Adam i have put a doc in the inbox called Form for vehicle recording (or similar) ( could there be an upload option here) This project might not get off the ground. Its our second go at it but we are pretty keen now. Leith will be writing a blurb for the page.
and the image i sent yesterday will go on the page too. I think a nice page with a link to the form will be the go. It will have to populate into a gazette. the driver need an account to be able to update details as required and will need to download sign and upload the form, or maybe a digital signature would do. Leith uses them on her notice of divine special appearance and Creditor Ledger but they are not reliable and often dont work, and if they do, the form always seems to be editable after its saved, which is not good We are still working on design for plates and cost. There will be a one off $55 admin fee plus plates and postage cost | In Progress |

25/08/2024 | admin@wacommonlaw.au | Hi Adam We have a new sheriff document called Acknowledgement of Service of documents. Its in the Inbox. Can we please have an upload feature in the sheriff website and a gazette to be created. Perhaps just a simple form for the sheriff uploading.
Date, Corporate Entity or Individual Served Served, Location, Document/s served. and then a pdf of the doc available to view.
the doc will need to be uploaded to the sheriff portal for access, with instructions that on completion it is to be uploaded for a record
Maybe we need a sheriff document section? | Completed |

This one is a priority if it can be done. we need an email account for the national sheriffs. Donna and i are going to be sending out a lot of GJ orders and other docs and they really need to go from the national sheriff rather than wA.

We will be prioritising the rest of the outstanding work for you asap
thanks | Completed |
