14.Terra Australis Grand Jury as National Assembly 14.1.Due to the sudden increase in the number of Sheriffs around the Country 14.2.And the fact that they are answerable to an Assembly 14.3.And the acknowledgement that Assemblies are yet to form for all Sheriffs
14.4.It is determined that the Terra Australis Grand Jury will serve as a National Assembly, for Sheriffs who are yet to have an Assembly form in their area. 14.5.This is rather than SPAWA; The Sovereign Peoples Assembly of Western Australia in an effort to divest some of the responsibilities of SPAWA, and in acknowledgement that the Terra Australis Grand Jury’s have a National representation of folks; unlike SPAWA. 14.6.Thus a broader cross section of the Nation can weigh in on Sheriff Code of Conduct matters, until Assembly’s form and can take over that role themselves, whilst always conferring back to the National Sheriff meetings, every second Saturday. 14.7.What say you Jurors?
