My Care Coordinator called me at 10:43am on 22 August 2023 (on a Private number, whether this is her mobile
(+61435686278) or a landline at the clinic I’m not sure, but on many occasions, I have complained about the
Private number and want them to identify themselves when calling. My requests have been ignored). Anyway the
problem is, is during this conversation which was not recorded unfortunately, Amber would not admit that she is a
public servant. She kept saying she was a Nurse. Which I’ve only just recently learnt she’s a nurse. I tried to get her
to identify herself as a public servant and she refused to and wouldn’t admit she was a public servant. She also
refuses to send me anything in writing. I’ve only just learnt of the clinics email address (since being part of the
Grand Jury) and have sent them an email with executive and beneficiary letterhead requesting confirmation of
Amber being a public servant, along with other relevant questions about my health records. Failure of Lawful Due
Process to identify herself as a public servant. I will request permission to record all conversations with Government
and Corporations from now on (very recently, some have! Never have I ever come across that since I started trying
to request permission to record conversations here and there about mid last year).
