Describe the incident. 500 word limit. Please number your paragraphs	I called the Busselton DCP office to ask Andrew Kennedy his job title. He refused to give it me. He ask for my name which I gave, expecting a reciprocal courtesty. He asked what family I represented and I said I wasnt going to say as they were in fear. He said he wouldnt tell me his job title unless I diosclosed the family name. I asked why he would hide that information. I ask if he was the manager, and admin or the janitor, and what did he do there. I reminded him that he was a public servant , paid by public purse and should be providing his job title. He continued to refuse. This is a public servant thinking he is not answerable to the people, that he has corporate immunity, and that he doesn not have to identify himself. Fail.
