Please number your paragraphs | A Summons was issued by 2 Police that trespassed on my premises that was out of Ststute by 21 months and malicious, for an offence that was not real. The Video footage proved fraud had occurred. There were no proper Court notices to further the case, I was enticed to attend outside of court rules. I refused to attend court and provided the evidence of doubt and advised Police Prosecutor and the Court it was unsafe for me to attend where the Court rules are being broken. A penalty and conviction was made against me. I wrote to Joanna Martin to withdraw the order and the Court tried again to have me attend outside the rules. |
