| Describe the incident. 500 word limit. Please number your paragraphs | 1. Constable Kurt Long called and asked if he could come and talk about a matter, would not inform me of what, I
was set up for an ambush it seems… On 6th of Febuary, three police came onto my property ans ignored my
standing as a living man and failed to articulate any crime.. 2. Their claim was for a non appearance of a court
hearing, of which was for adriving whilst licence susspended offence. 3 The history of this alleged offence was that
after I had paid an infringement notice fromm “INFRINGEMENT NOTICE TOLLING OFFENCE UNIT” in accordance with
the bills of exchange act, SPER threatened and did so susspend my licence, stating that this is no way to pay a
fine…. 4 I was forced under threat to open my door as I was at that time under arrest, then taken to watch house,
transported in a plastic box on the back of a car, then made to do drink test ( negative of course ), then locked in a
cell. 5 Upon release, forced to identify as their legal fiction version of me, I maintained that I am a living man and
that all caps name was created by the S.A government.. 6. I now “MUST” attend court on 20th Febuary, to have this
matter heard. 7. Other offences include, telling me to shut up, yelling at me in watch house, unlawful search and
seizure, all this time whils I maintained no consent and no contract with them.. constable Andrews also placed a
hand om me after telling me to shut up, I stated that if she put a hand on me again, she’d be charged, she did not
do it again..My inalienable rights have been violated, even with no crime commited… 8. I have proof of fine
discharge notice and response .. 9. For both offenders, at no time did they provide a warrant, even when I constantly asked for a wet ink signed wattant, from a magistrate with court seal… Only upon release I was told they now get warrants via E-docket, I am sure this is also fraud..
