On the bottom of the wA common law court page id like to add this. Prob warrants a chat as it will be a different value for each hearing depending on the number of defendants listed

our assembly and court relies solely on donations from the good people of terra australis.
as you can appreciate there are costs in running a court hearing that require a donation from the claimant.
if you are wanting to convene a common law court hearing the donation is $55 for 50% cost of venue hire, and $10 per defendant listed, to cover registered mail for the summons and verdict documents.

supplementary to previous task for fees to be added to court cost

please include a $20 admin fee

on the sheriff ID card order we need a field that says
‘name as you wish it to appear on your card’

on this drop down menu can you please change
Sheriff card to Peacekeeper ID card
and
Sheriff uniform order form to Peacekeeper uniform order form

Please advise – does the prospective peacekeeper need to get a log in from you as the sheriffs do?

One of the NSW sheriffs want to set up a data base of sheriff skill sets.
Is there a way we can do it on the website so sheriffs can log in and add their own info?

Priority – solution required

We have a new court hearing. the claimant has about 50-60 documents to submit as evidence. He is asking for somewhere to upload. i dont want to use pCloud.
He will probably want to access during the hearing to put up on a screen to save printing although some will be printed
any suggestions?

Can you change the settings on this so the text doesnt display with each word starting with a capital?

Setup a self-registration form for Sheriff Students where they fill out form with a coupon provided by Admin. The coupon stops randoms from registering. It will automatically enrol them in the pre-induction training.

Claimants self-present and are responsible for ensuring that their evidence is documented, and any financial calculations for compensation are reasonable, justified and correctly calculated.

WA Common Law Court is staffed by volunteers and does not have the resources to verify and validate your documents for you.

To date, claimants are seeking remedy for the violations and harm, serious crimes against the People, caused by individuals within the corporate businesses.

Those corporations hold the keys to our buildings and assets, which prevents access by our sheriffs.

As we continue to hold them to account, this will change.

The jury verdict stands in Law for all time, and eventually we will have access to our infrastructure and will be able to enforce the verdicts.

Right now defendants are notified of the verdict and it is publicly gazetted.

I think the PK need to be recorded in the website. Perhaps have an account. Be referred by a sheriff or assembly. Complete a form and sign the oath. they can print that if they want to. details are saved in the same format that we have everything else.

WA common law site – when you are back on deck can you please reduce the size of all the images on the court verdict page. the are too big and blurry. Not urgent not a priority
